En lejer- og en ejerbebyggelse var m\u00e5let for det gr\u00f8nne netv\u00e6rk af ejendomsfunktion\u00e6rer da 15 lokale medarbejdere den 21. september satte hinanden st\u00e6vne. F\u00f8rst med morgenmad i den store lejerbebyggelse Gadehavegaard for s\u00e5 at slutte med et bes\u00f8g i den lille ejerforening Taastrup V\u00e6nge.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Turen var samtidig en demonstration af hvor forskellige arbejdsvilk\u00e5rene er for ejendomsfunktion\u00e6rer. En stor bebyggelse fyldt med udfordringer med affald og manglende overholdelse af husorden og en lille bebyggelse hvor tingene k\u00f8rer i sm\u00f8r &#8211; n\u00e6rmest kedeligt.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_40049\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-40049\" style=\"width: 604px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-40049\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/IMG_20170921_092536-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"604\" height=\"453\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-40049\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Beboerne ville gerne have et gr\u00f8nt og vildt planteb\u00e6lte. I Gadehavegaard enkelte dage over 20. Det er en k\u00e6mpeaflastning for medarbejderne som slipper for meget b\u00f8vl.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"attachment_40054\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-40054\" style=\"width: 604px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-40054\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/IMG_20170921_100326-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"604\" height=\"453\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-40054\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Blok 9 i Gadehavegaard er eksemplet p\u00e5 den energibesparende renovering som bebyggelsen skal i gang med. Der er h\u00f8stet en masser erfaringer med hvordan det skal g\u00f8res &#8211; og ikke mindst hvordan det ikke skal g\u00f8res.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"attachment_40055\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-40055\" style=\"width: 604px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-40055\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/IMG_20170921_101013-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"604\" height=\"453\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-40055\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Der er nyttehaver i tilknytning til Gadehavegaard. Det er en oase for flere af beboerne.
